A truly splendid house for family gatherings, watch the sailing & sunsets from the large balcony or enjoy a bbq in the private rear patio area.
This house offers spacious accommodation for anyone wanting to enjoy a holiday by the sea!
Set in an elevated position, the house enjoys views out over Trearddur Bay and to the mountains of Snowdonia.
The living accommodation is arranged to take full advantage of these views with a large kitchen/living/dining area on the ground floor and a lounge on the first floor with access out on to the south facing balcony. There is also a utility room with washing machine.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double with an en suite shower room and the other has bunk beds. There is also a further WC.
There are 3 more bedrooms on the second floor, one twin and two double, one being the master room with en suite shower room. There is also a further bathroom on this floor.

Rental Conditions

A 20% deposit is required to secure Idle Rocks, The balance is due six weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check.

Smoking only permitted outside the property.

Pets - The acceptance of animals is negotiable depending upon breed of pet and level of house training. Animals must not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture.
There is a charge of £5.00 per night for any animals that are accepted. This covers additional cleaning with anti-allergy products for the comfort and safety of future guests.

Rates based on a 7night stay, changeover day is a Saturday.

FOR SHORT BREAKS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR: Change over day can be any day of the week.
