Penrhiw is a beautifully presented house in a great location within Trearddur Bay. On two levels, the property provides luxury and spacious living accommodation. Just a short walk from the beach and with sea views, Penrhiw is the ideal seaside base. |

Penrhiw sleeps a maximum of six people having two double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom. The house has a wonderful sense of space and from the minute you enter the large, open hallway each room flows into the next. The calm, neutral décor enhances the sense of relaxation in keeping with the coastal location and the well equipped kitchen provides all the right tools to prepare wonderful meals in the adjoining dining area. Outside the house is an attractive terrace with pergola - ideal for summer barbecues. The beach is just a short walk away via the main road or a convenient footpath opposite the property. Rental Conditions
A 20% deposit is required to secure Penrhiw, The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within seven working days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check.
Smoking only permitted outside the property. Pets - Sorry but no pets at this property.
