Sands Holiday Homes Penrhiw

 

Penrhiw is a beautifully presented house in a great location within Trearddur Bay. On two levels, the property provides luxury and spacious living accommodation. Just a short walk from the beach and with sea views, Penrhiw is the ideal seaside base.

 

 

Penrhiw sleeps a maximum of six people having two double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom. The house has a wonderful sense of space and from the minute you enter the large, open hallway each room flows into the next.

The calm, neutral décor enhances the sense of relaxation in keeping with the coastal location and the well equipped kitchen provides all the right tools to prepare wonderful meals in the adjoining dining area. Outside the house is an attractive terrace with pergola - ideal for summer barbecues. The beach is just a short walk away via the main road or a convenient footpath opposite the property.

Penrhiw is a fantastic seaside house that provides everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Trearddur Bay.

The bedroom wing consists of two double bedrooms, both with built- in wardrobes and chests of drawers and a third bedroom with  bunk beds and a chest of drawers.

 

 

The bathroom has a modern suite with a twin grip paneled bath with shower and screen over, his and hers wash basins and WC.

 

 

Outside, at the front there is a driveway providing parking for 5 vehicles and lawned gardens, the rear garden with large patio enjoying the sun throughout the day.

Rental Conditions

A 20% deposit is required to secure Penrhiw, The balance is due six weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check.

Smoking only permitted outside the property.

Pets - The acceptance of animals is negotiable depending upon breed of pet and level of house training. Animals must not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture.
There is a charge of £5.00 per night for any animals that are accepted. This covers additional cleaning with anti-allergy products for the comfort and safety of future guests.
A twenty percent deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security deposit which is only cashed the week of arrival and returned within seven days of departure after inspection.
