Rental Conditions A 20% deposit is required to secure Tegfan, The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within five working days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check. Tegfan is a non smoking property. PETS - SORRY NO PETS AT THIS PROPERTY.

Rates based on a 7night stay, changeover day is Saturday.

FOR SHORT BREAKS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR: Change over day can be any day of the week.
