A superbly appointed five bedroom detached executive home on three floors. Amongst the many attractive features are a large sun deck on the second floor, accessed from the lounge, and a balcony on the third floor – opening out from the spacious master bedroom.

With stunning sea views and just a mere hop to the beach, The View is sure to be a very popular choice with holiday makers.

 

Set over 3 floors, the property offers spacious accommodation with a real sense of style. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor one with en suite and 3 further on the top floor. 2 of the bedrooms are en suite and there is also a family bathroom. The master suite also has a dressing room and private sun terrace. The first floor has a fantastic lounge and kitchen/dining area, both with access out onto the sun terrace overlooking the bay.

Rental Conditions

A 20% deposit is required to secure The View, The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within five working days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check.

Smoking only permitted outside the property.

Pets - The acceptance of animals is negotiable depending upon breed of pet and level of house training. Animals must not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture.
There is a charge of £5.00 per night for any animals that are accepted. This covers additional cleaning with anti-allergy products for the comfort and safety of future guests.

Rates based on a 7night stay, changeover day is a Saturday.

FOR SHORT BREAKS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR: Change over day can be any day of the week.
